San Bernardino County was chosen to pilot ways to increase youth response rates to the evaluation surveys in the Online Record Book (ORB). The evaluation survey data allows us to evaluate the impact of 4-H programming on a state and county level, so we can use the data for marketing and sharing the impact of 4-H.
